Every coffee in this collection is roasted specifically for filter and pour-over brewing. Lighter than our espresso range, these roast profiles are designed to preserve the natural character of each bean — the terroir of the farm, the influence of the processing method, the flavour the farmer worked an entire harvest to grow.
