Sourced from the Sidama Cooperative at 2,000 masl, this lot undergoes a Natural Anaerobic process to develop deep, complex flavours. Expect an expressive cup with coffee flower, jasmine, orange, and blueberries, elegantly rounded with a bright citrus finish that lingers long after the last sip.
