Sourced from the farm of Mesele Kebede in the Guji Zone, this lot undergoes a Natural Anaerobic process over 4 days to develop deep, complex flavours. Expect an expressive cup with grapes, plum, red apple, and pineapple brightness, elegantly rounded with a tea-like finish that lingers long after the last sip.
