Golden Bean Hunt – Terms & Conditions

1. How It Works

Golden Bean cards are randomly placed inside selected coffee bags sold via our website, our Al Ain
roastery, and Refill Reserve branches.
• Winning cards carry a unique serial number and QR code linked to a prize.
• Some cards are marked “Better Luck Next Time” and are not linked to a prize. If you find one,
you're still welcome to post and tag us for a chance at the bonus lucky draw (see Section 7).

2. Eligibility

• Open to UAE residents only.
• Employees of Refill Roastery and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• One prize per customer for the duration of the campaign.

3. How to Claim

• Scan the QR code on your card.
• Fill in your name, phone number, email, code on the form that opens.
• We'll verify your serial number and confirm your prize via WhatsApp or email.

4. Claim Window

• You have 14 days from the date you scan your card to complete verification and claim your
prize.
• Prizes not claimed within 14 days will be forfeited.

5. Prizes

• Golden Bean Grand Prize (1 winner): xBloom Coffee Machine
• Golden Bean Anniversary Prize (8 winners): Refill Explorer Box
• Golden Bean Coffee Prize (20 winners): One 250g coffee bag, your choice
• Golden Bean Reserve Prize (100 winners): One complimentary beverage at any Refill Reserve
branch
• Golden Bean Discount Prize (20 winners): 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25% voucher on coffee beans,
redeemable online or at Refill Reserve branches

6. Redemption

• Vouchers and discount codes are sent by email.
• In-branch prizes can be redeemed at any Refill Reserve branch.
• Physical prizes are shipped to a UAE address you provide.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Bonus Lucky Draw

Post your Golden Bean discovery and tag us using #RefillGoldenBean for a chance to win a bonus prize, a
coffee bag of your choice or a coffee capsule box. This applies whether you found a winning card or a
“Better Luck Next Time” card. By tagging us, you agree we may repost or feature your content on our
channels.

8. General

• Refill Roastery may amend, suspend, or end this campaign at any time.
• All decisions on eligibility, verification, and prizes are final.
• We're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or incomplete claim submissions.
• Your details are used only for prize verification and related updates from us.
