- Weigh out 15g of whole bean coffee, providing a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio.
- Grind the coffee using a medium-coarse setting, approximately 16 clicks on the Comandante grinder.
- Place the Sibarist FAST Filter on the V60 dripper and rinse it with hot water. Discard the rinsing water.
- Add the ground coffee into the V60 dripper.
- Start your timer and pour 50g of water onto the coffee grounds in concentric circles, ensuring all the grounds are thoroughly saturated.
- At the 30-second mark, pour another 40g of water.
- Divide the remaining water into three separate pours, with a 15-second interval between each pour.
- The total brew time should be 1 minute and 35 seconds.
